2009  Graduate of Academy of Animal Arts  

When I moved from Terre Haute, Indiana, to Florida, I had a beautiful black poodle that I wanted to learn to groom.  So, I enrolled in the Academy of Animal Arts. I enjoyed doing this so much I decided to make grooming dogs a lifetime career!

My poodle crossed over the rainbow bridge before I had the opportunity  to groom him, but every time I groom a poodle, it makes me think of him and I smile remembering the great times we had together.

My credentials include K-9  Massage, Hand Scissoring,  Show Grooming, Canine Genetics, Vech Tech for Groomers, Pet CPR and First Aid, Salon Operations, Line Breeding and more.

This has been a very rewarding career in that I love dogs and treat them all as if they are my very own!
